at the 2005 NYC Triathlon!
The
2005 NYC triathlon is one of the most exciting of the "big city"
triathlons and also one of the most challenging. The rolling bike course
leads into a tough 10K in Central Park. Prepare for the Hudson River currents,
West Side Highway bike, and Central Park run with our specific training
program for the NYC Triathlon. We have the bike course available for the
Computrainer. Push Hard Multisport
can help you reach your personal best. We individualize each program,
coaching you on everything from how to train, what to eat, and which techniques

Running Clinics: June 18 & 19
Standard Clinic
Run faster, more efficient and injury-free by using the Pose Method®
of running. Our standard clinic offers an in-depth introduction to this
revolutionary style of running created by Dr. Nicholas Romanov. Through
personal instruction and basic drills, you will learn the classic skill
of Pose, Fall and Pull,
which will enable you to run faster and more efficient at a lower heart
rate, all while avoiding injury.
In addition, videotape analysis and our
65-foot mirrored straightaway will help you adapt to this technique quicker
and more easily. This clinic also provides professional coaching on other
important elements of competitive running, such as proper training and
nutrition, appropriate shoe selection and racing strategies.

Mini Clinic
Our mini clinic provides the same level of instruction as our standard
clinic, but is divided into three separate weekend sessions in order to
accommodate those individuals who prefer a smaller group training experience.
Athletes who wish to participate in the mini clinic should ideally attend
all 3 sessions to receive the full complement of instruction on Pose running.

Immersion™ Weekend Class
Become a faster and more efficient swimmer by using the Total Immersion™
(TI) method of swimming. Through TI instruction and drills, you will learn
this streamlined technique for gliding effortlessly through the water
with proper balance and alignment — all in our state-of-the-art
17x10 endless pool. Total Immersion coaches are the best in the world
and will teach you how to swim “fishlike freestyle.”
This clinic will also coach you on other aspects of swimming, such as
proper nutrition, racing strategies and selecting the wet suit, goggles
